Since October 1st 2018, our office in WTC Utrecht has been opened, but we were already involved and present in the building much earlier. At an early stage, we were involved in this development by the owner, CBRE Global Investors. They are an international real estate services company with every expertise in-house. They focus on commercial real estate in all sectors, such as offices, retail and shopping centres, industrial and logistics facilities, hotels, residential complexes and healthcare property. With more than 1,450 employees, CBRE is one of the largest real estate services company in the Netherlands.
