WTC Utrecht is the new business hotspot in the centre of Utrecht. To meet the requirements of modern entrepreneurs, WTC Utrecht is being built in a flexible and ‘future-proof’ manner. At an early stage we were involved in this development by the owner, CBRE Global Investors, and since October 1, 2018, NDI ICT Solutions has also established itself in this building on the renovated Jaarbeursplein.
Accessibility
By car: The highways A2, A12, A27 and A28 have a direct connection to the Ring Utrecht. You can reach WTC Utrecht within 10 minutes from the Ring. Right next to the WTC you will find the new underground parking garage Croeselaan with approximately 800 parking spaces.
By public transport: Due to its location right next to Utrecht Central Station, traveling by public transport is one of the most efficient ways to reach WTC Utrecht. The other cities within the Randstad can also be easily reached by train. This way you can be in Rotterdam, The Hague, Schiphol or Amsterdam within forty minutes.
